How the App Works


Members submit expenses online, attach receipt images, and receive updates as their claims are processed. Treasurers review and approve claims. Authentication is handled using secure, password‑free magic‑link login.

- Passwordless login: Access is granted only through a unique link sent to your email.
- Role‑based access: Only the designated treasurer can approve expenses.
- Encrypted communication: All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
- Secure file uploads: Only image files are accepted, and uploads are stored securely.
- User‑scoped access: Members can only view their own submissions.
